Just Hanging

Birthday Boy!

Hey, what can I say. Yesterday and today I am just hanging here at the house. Unfortunately for me, I have acquired Paqui's cold from last weekend. Having such symptoms as a stuffed up sinuses, low grade fever, cough and chills. Nice stuff after my week of going to my dentist in Scottsbluff for my toothache. Then having to go back to the endodontist for a root canal. At least I am taking an antibiotic for the infected tooth, but viruses can not be fixed by antibiotic therapy. Just hope I feel better before the BIG trip to the islands soon. What made me feel really worse was I couldn't go to little Breqkon's pizza party last night for his 2nd birthday or to my friend Matt's gig at the Union Bar. 

It is just Baboo and I hanging in bed or on couch reading, watching TV, and packing if I have any kind of energy spurt...

JANUARY BLUES?

Really my January has not been that bad. I have seen both kids and families several times after Christmas and I am thankful for that! We just celebrated several January birthdays with a seafood boil where we ate like beggars at a banquet. Piled the food in the middle of the table and went at it!

I am getting ready for my exciting tropical get away, however there is a stumbling block or should I say a tooth on route. Go figure that I would have a toothache again before traveling? What is up with that karma?
