Keep On Trucking

Another busy week! Tuesday I ate lunch with Linda and then flew up to Rushville to watch my grandson's spring music program at the Rushville Middle School. Taylen played the drums in the 7th grade band and sang in the all school chorus. It was nice to be there to support our music prodigy!

Then Wednesday Julie came for an overnight visit. She had been to Sidney visiting her mother for Mother's Day. It is always good to see her and get my emotions whipped into line with tapping them away. Thanks Julie for the inspiration and how I admire your ability to scale those mountains with only seventeen left out of thirty eight. Julie took this picture on the way out of Sidney at Brian's grave. The lily that Jessamyn, boys and I planted when we were down to Sidney for Ila's wedding is flourishing. It is still alive like the memory of my beloved!
